HOW IT WORKS
01. FILL OUT A PROFILE
Complete your Connections Profile to begin your journey. You will be asked a few simple questions and provide 2 current pictures.
02. MEET WITH A DATING COACH + IDENTIFY WHAT MATTERS
Meet with one of our dating coaches for a 30-minute virtual screening to review profile and determine match eligibility.
During your initial screening call your dating coach will focus on identifying the factors that are proven to contribute to long-term relational success.
We’re going to let you in on a little secret. Lists don’t matter. Research has taught us that there is little rhyme or reason for what causes two people to connect apart from a few foundational factors.
Our Dating Coaches make match connections based on 3 factors: Age/Stage of Life, Faith Expression, and Physical Equitability. LEARN MORE
03. GET MATCHED + MAKE A CONNECTION
When we have a match for you, we will reach out to confirm that you’re still available and interested in a connection.
Upon confirmation, we will work with you and your date to find a day/time that works for both of you to connect on a phone date via a private conference line. This is an old-school move inspired by our current reality.
We have been conditioned to make snap judgments about someone based on visual triggers that have absolutely no bearing on who they are or who they could be in your life. We desperately need to create space for emotional connection in a superficial world.
We’re not saying physical attraction doesn’t matter…it totally does! (One of our 3 factors for match connections IS physical equitability.) But there is SO MUCH MORE to a real connection and our old-school phone dates help bring the balance back.
04. KNOW + VALUE ANOTHER
The goal of your phone date call is to do everything in your power to make the OTHER person feel known and valued.
Don’t worry about trying to decide if they’re you’re soul mate, just seek to make a genuine connection and let it grow from there.
05. FEEL SAFE + SUPPORTED
Before your phone date, we will support you by offering helpful tips to set you up for success and we will pray for you.
During your old-school phone date, you only exchange first names. You don’t exchange contact info or any other searchable information.
After the date, both parties will fill out a feedback form that will be reviewed by your Dating Coach.
If both are interested in another connection, we will exchange phone numbers and let you take it from there.
If it’s not a match, we take care of the follow-up communication with honest and helpful feedback. And your Dating Coach is there to support you in any opportunities for growth.
